Please note: All of our digital 4 color process printing methods (dye-sublimation, heat transfer and direct) utilize specialized computer printers to transfer your image onto our products. This print method uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) ink colors and not pre-mixed PMS inks (which are used in silkscreen and pad printing). Therefore, exact PMS color matching is not possible, even on repeat orders, and we cannot issue credits, refunds or accept returns for an issue relating to a requested PMS color match. We can only do our best to match your colors as closely as possible.
Repeat Screen Charge: $32.50 (G). Repeat order ink colors will vary from order to order.

2nd Location Imprint: Add $0.50 (G) for up to 4 colors plus set up and add 2 additional production days. (Front and Back Logos cannot align and will appear slightly askew).

Pre Production Proof: $75.00 (G). Production Time: Add 2-3 Days. If revisions are made to any Pre Production proofs, a new pre production proof charge that includes any additional art, die or screen charges will apply.
Speculative Sample: $75.00 (G), plus setup charges, cost of the item and cost of any additional color per unit running charges and freight charges. Production Time: 7-10 Days
Assorted Colors: Minimum assortment per color is 100 pieces and must be in even increments of 100 pieces (sorry, no exceptions).
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship out blank undressed Teddy Bears. 1 additional day is required if dressed Teddy bears is requested. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2-3 business days from the day the order is received.
